Don’t drive drunk. I’m not posting the locations of DUI checkpoints to encourage drinking and driving. I am posting them in an effort to protest the State’s encroachment onto the Constitutional rights of law abiding citizens. There is no reason that a sober, law abiding U.S. Citizen should be stopped and detained long enough to check her or his sobriety. I consider it an affront to the United States and Delaware Constitutions. That said, here’s where the delaware drunk driving checkpoints will be this weekend:

Friday, December 30 there will be DUI checkpoints in Rehoboth Beach, Clayton and Dover, Delaware.

Saturday, December 31 there will be Delaware DWI / DUI checkpoints in Dover, Millsboro, Newport and Wilmington, Delaware.
