Delaware’s Office of Highway Safety has announced two DUI checkpoints for Friday, September 28, 2012. One will be located in Harrington, DE and one will be located in Wilmington, DE.

For those of you traveling to Dover International Speedway for Race Weekend, be careful! Generally speaking, Race Weekend is accompanied by stepped-up law enforcement activities targeting out-of-state citizens for such crimes as speeding, Driving Under the Influence or DUI, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of open container laws, underage drinking, and other laws and regulations.
